Float flowmeter can be used for lower Reynolds number, the choice of viscosity insensitive shape of the float, the Reynolds number at the flow ring gap is greater than 40 or 500, the Reynolds number change flow coefficient is maintained constant, that is, the fluid viscosity change does not affect the flow coefficient, the value is far lower than the standard orifice plate and other throttled differential pressure flow meter minimum Reynolds number 104-105 requirements.

Magnetic filter is mainly suitable for separating the function of the liquid medium containing fine iron debris, so that it can meet the process requirements required by the liquid medium, so it is widely used in the food industry, medicine, cosmetics, fine chemicals and other industries, at the same time, the double filter drum magnetic filter is equipped with two reversing valve composition, a group of filter device is put into operation when cleaning, change the reversing valve position, The other group can run continuously to change the position of the reversing valve when cleaning, and the other group can run continuously to ensure the continuity of the process pipeline.

The magnetic filter is composed of a strong magnetic material with high coercivity and a blocking filter, and the adsorption force is ten times that of the general magnetic material. And it can overcome the ferromagnetic pollutants rushed down under the high-speed impact to be adsorbed again, so as to avoid the hydraulic components stuck or friction pay wear, extend the service life of the hydraulic components and hydraulic system, and enhance the reliability of the hydraulic system. Its center is a cylindrical permanent magnet, the outside of the magnet is made of non-magnetic material cover, cover around a number of iron rings, iron rings are connected by copper strips, and each iron ring maintains a certain gap. When the ferromagnetic impurities in the hydraulic medium pass through the iron ring gap, they are adsorbed on the iron ring, so as to play a filter role. In order to facilitate cleaning, the iron ring is divided into two halves, when the impurities will block the gap, the iron ring can be removed and cleaned, and then installed and used repeatedly.

The hydraulic medium that needs to be filtered is first magnetically filtered, and then filtered from the inside out through the paper filter. When the filter element is seriously blocked, the filter inlet pressure rises, so the spring is compressed, the filter element is moved down, and the oil passes directly through the tank between the filter element and the seat to protect the filter element from being crushed.
