Oil Suction Filter

The oil suction filter is installed at the oil pump suction port to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components, avoid inhaling contaminated impurities, effectively control hydraulic system pollution, and adjust the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.

The oil suction filter can be directly installed on the side, upper or bottom of the oil tank. The oil suction cylinder penetrates below the liquid level in the oil tank, and the filter head of the oil suction filter is exposed outside the oil tank. It is also equipped with a self sealing valve, bypass valve, filter pollution blockage alarm, and other devices, so that the oil in the oil tank will not flow out when replacing and cleaning the filter element.

However, in order to avoid cavitation in the pump, full attention must be paid to pressure loss, which is generally used in 100-200 mesh coarse metal mesh or concave metal wire materials. Therefore, it is not a filter that controls the concentration of pollutants in the system.

It is a radiator accessory installed on the concrete mixer truck, named: filter assembly or TFB oil suction filter, oil filter, etc. It is an essential accessory for radiator manufacturers, and the filter assembly is designed to ensure the cleanliness of the oil tank and effectively control the magazine and pollutants in the hydraulic system.
