The high-pressure Oil Suction Filter is installed in the oil pump suction port to filter impurities in the oil, to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components, effectively control the pollution of the hydraulic system, and improve the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.
The filter is equipped with a transmitter, bypass valve, self-sealing valve, and dirt collecting cup. It has the advantages of large oil flow capacity and small resistance. Its main performance features are:
1. The filter can be mounted directly on the side, bottom or upper part of the tank, with the barrel extending into the oil in the tank. The oil outlet is provided with threaded connection and flange connection mode, and is connected with the oil suction port of the oil pump, the pipeline is simple and the installation is convenient.
2. With oil circuit self-sealing device, cleaning filter element is very convenient. When cleaning or replacing the filter element, just unscrew the top cover of the filter, and the self-sealing valve installed at the bottom of the cylinder will close itself, cutting off the oil circuit, so that the oil in the tank will not spill. After assembling the filter element, tighten the upper cover, the self-sealing valve will open by itself, and the filter will enter the working state.
3. The filter element clogging transmitter is provided at the oil outlet of the filter, which has two functions: intuitive and signaling. By observing the transmitter indicator, you can always know the blockage of the filter element, when the filter element is blocked, the oil outlet vacuum degree reaches 0.018MPa, the transmitter will send a signal, at this time should stop cleaning or replacing the filter element.
4. A bypass valve is provided in the upper part of the filter element. When the filter element is blocked by the alarm transmitter, the fault cannot be dealt with immediately. When the vacuum degree of the oil outlet rises to more than 0.032MPa, the bypass valve will open by itself to avoid the suction phenomenon of the oil pump and ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
5. The pollution collecting cup is provided. During the operation of the system, the oil flows through the inner cavity of the filter element, and the filtered pollutants are blocked in the filter element and concentrated in the pollution collecting cup. When the filter element is replaced or cleaned, the pollution collecting cup and the filter element are brought out together to avoid the filtered pollutants falling into the tank again when the filter element is replaced, thus maintaining the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil.
