Product Description



1. Pipe clamp is a tool used to fix the pipe.
Install the guide rail on the ground, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation, or fixed with screws, then push the guide nut into the rail, and turn 90 degrees, insert the lower half of the tube clamp into the nut, put the tube to be fixed, and then put the upper half of the tube clamp and cover plate, and fix with screws.
2. Scope of application
① Light series pipe clamp is used in 6 kinds of size series of ordinary mechanical pressure pipes, pipe diameter 6-57mm.
② Double series pipe clamp is applied to 5 kinds of mechanical pressure pipe series, pipe diameter 6-42mm.
③ Heavy-duty series pipe clamp is applied to 8 kinds of series of high mechanical pressure pipes, pipe diameter 8-273mm.
3. Before assembling on the welding plate, in order to better determine the direction of the clamp, it is recommended to mark the fixed place first, weld it, insert the lower half of the pipe clamp body, and put the pipe to be fixed. Put in the other half of the tube clamp and cover plate, screw tight. Do not weld the bottom plate with the clamp installed directly.
Stacked assembly, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation, or fixed with screws, first install the upper and lower half of the pipe clamp, put the pipe to be fixed and then put the upper half of the pipe clamp, fixed with screws, through the anti-loose cover to prevent it from rotating. Then install the second clamp as above.
