Product Description:
The filter transmitter is a device used to prevent impurities and particles in the oil from being blocked by the filter element in the Oil Filter during the operation of the Hydraulic Filter, resulting in gradual clogging of the filter element.
The differential pressure transmitter comprises a shell and a cavity, and the cavity is divided into an oil inlet cavity and an oil outlet cavity through a sliding core dynamic seal. One end of the slide core facing the oil outlet cavity is provided with a compression spring and a magnetic block is installed. The housing is also equipped with a micro-switch that controls the isolation and coordination of the iron sheet and the magnetic block. The shell near the oil outlet cavity is also provided with a circular cavity. The circular magnetic core is placed in a circular cavity to rotate and fit with the magnetic block rejector. An indication dial is provided on the surface of the housing. The fixed end of the corresponding pointer is connected with the center of the circular magnetic core through the rotating axis to form a differential pressure indicating device.
