Customized HU return oil filter

     The HU Return Oil Filter is  composed of a filter element, a filter shell, an inlet and outlet pipeline, a blowdown valve, etc. When the oil is returned through the filter, the impurities and particles will be captured by the filter, and the clean hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic system through the filter, it protects the hydraulic system and extends the service life of the hydraulic oil.
     The filter element of HU Oil Filter is usually made of high-efficiency filter paper or stainless steel wire mesh, it has high filtration accuracy and large filtration area, and can effectively filter small particles and impurities in hydraulic oil. The life of the filter element is generally determined by the working conditions of the hydraulic system and the quality of the hydraulic oil, and it generally needs to be replaced regularly.
     The blowdown valve of the HU return oil filter is used to discharge pollutants and particles accumulated in the filter element to maintain the filtration effect of the filter element and the normal operation of the hydraulic system. The blowdown valve is usually located at the bottom of the filter housing, and the accumulated pollutants can be discharged by opening the blowdown valve.
